Congratulations & Farewell!

Saying goodbyes are hard to accept. From Hidalgo County Irrigation District No. 6 Board of Directors, employees, and constituents, we want to say thank you to our Deputy Constable, Arnold Salazar, for his five years of service! Thank you for adding value to the company during this time & for helping to shape the District into what it has become today. We wish only the best for your future and for everything you are set to accomplish. You will be remembered with warm thoughts and memories amongst everyone here at Hidalgo County Irrigation District No. 6.

District Lake BBQ 2022

To commemorate the service of two dedicated employees, a BBQ was held at our District Lake to show appreciation for Mr. Alfredo Torres, who served 34 years as our main Backhoe operator, and Mr. Juan Barrera who served in maintenance for 29 years. We are forever indebted to their service and wish that they enjoy their retirement!
